Mr Gum
Mr Gum is not just one book, but it is a whole series of eight books and other special editions.This book is hilarious because Mr Gum manages to attain him self in to trouble. There is a girl called Polly who has a friend which is a dog called Jake. Polly is a very obedient girl but Mr.Gum is an abominable man. Mr.Gum has an ability to cause a fight or a dangerous expedition of courage and at the same time fear takes over the battle.
Andy Stanton has many achievements, but his biggest is the Roald Dahl funny prize. People often say he is the Roald Dahl of this century but he is also in the same percentage of books sold all around the world as Michael Morpurgo.
